STILL NOT SURE?
Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure about something regarding our capital partnership? Our FAQs have you covered.
What types of deals can I submit to The CCREF?
You can submit residential, multifamily, commercial, redevelopment, land, and other real estate opportunities that may have potential for acquisition, funding, or strategic partnership. We evaluate each opportunity based on its fundamentals, market potential, financial structure, and alignment with our investment criteria.
Do I need to own the property to submit a deal?
No. Property owners, wholesalers, brokers, investors, developers, and other authorized representatives can submit opportunities. Simply provide accurate information about your role and relationship to the property.
What if I don’t have all the information about the property?
Submit the information you currently have. Our team may follow up for additional details during the review process. Providing as much accurate information as possible helps us evaluate the opportunity more efficiently.
Can I submit more than one property?
Yes. You can submit multiple opportunities. We recommend submitting each property separately so our team can properly review and evaluate each deal on its own merits.
When should I provide property photos and supporting documents?
Start by submitting the available deal information. If the opportunity moves forward in our review process, The CCREF team may request property photos, financial documents, contracts, inspection information, or other supporting materials needed for further evaluation.
What if I don’t know the exact ARV, renovation cost, or other financial figures?
Provide your best reasonable estimates and clearly identify them as estimates. Our team will review the assumptions and may conduct additional analysis or request supporting information during the underwriting process.
How long does it take to receive a response?
Initial submissions are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Timing may vary depending on the complexity and completeness of the opportunity. If additional information is needed, a member of our team will contact you.
Do I need to be a real estate professional to submit a deal?
No. You do not need to be a licensed real estate professional to submit an opportunity. We focus on the quality, fundamentals, financial potential, and strategic fit of the deal rather than simply the submitter’s professional title.
Does submitting a deal create any obligation?
No. Submitting an opportunity does not create an obligation to sell, invest, partner, or proceed with The CCREF. It simply allows our team to review the opportunity and determine whether there may be a potential fit.
What happens after I submit my deal?
Once your submission is received, our team reviews the available information against our investment and underwriting criteria. If the opportunity appears to be a potential fit, we may contact you for additional information, discuss possible structures, and determine the appropriate next steps.
Who can I contact if I have questions before submitting?
If you have questions about the submission process or a potential opportunity, contact The CCREF team through the contact information provided on this page. For faster assistance, include the property address and a brief description of the opportunity when available.
